AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Zula Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
We operate www.csrdpro.com, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Zula Group, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms or documents that may be posted from time to time are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
We recommend printing a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided through our Services is not intended for use where such use would violate law or regulation. Those who access the Services from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Services are intended for use by business entities and professionals. By using the Services, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer under EU consumer law.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, software, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the “Content” and “Marks”).
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide. The Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial, or internal business use only.
You retain all rights in your uploaded data and the sustainability reports generated through your account. We do not claim ownership of your content, though we may store and process it solely to operate the Services.
Your use of our Services
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- access the Services; and
- download or print a copy of any portion of the Content you have lawful access to.
You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, sell, or exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If you wish to use any Content in a way not permitted here, contact us at support@csrdpro.com.
Any breach of these terms will terminate your right to use our Services immediately.
Your submissions
By sending us any feedback, ideas, or other content (“Submissions”), you assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submissions and agree we may use them for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
You represent that your Submissions:
- are lawful, non-defamatory, and not misleading;
- are original to you or you hold the necessary rights to submit them; and
- do not contain confidential information.
You are responsible for your Submissions and agree to indemnify us for any losses arising from your breach of this section.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent that:
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
- You will not access the Services through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).
- You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you provide false or misleading information, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Account Security & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which they are provided.
You agree not to:
- Collect data or content to build a competing database without permission.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or users.
- Interfere with security features or copy protections.
- Harm or disparage us or the Services.
- Harass or harm others using information obtained via the Services.
- Submit false reports or misuse support.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload malware, spam, or disruptive content.
- Use automation (bots, scrapers, etc.) without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or adapt our software.
- Attempt to impersonate another user.
- Use the Services for commercial competition against us.
- Use the Services to develop competing AI or data-analysis tools using output generated by the platform.
- Upload unlawful or sensitive personal data categories (e.g. special categories under Article 9 GDPR) unless explicitly requested by us.
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may allow users to create, post, or submit content (“Contributions”). By doing so, you represent that your Contributions:
- Are not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or misleading.
- Do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Are your own or you have permission to share them.
You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us a license to use them as necessary to operate and improve the Services.
6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Access to certain features may require payment of fees. Prices and billing cycles are described on our Website. All payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we do not store card details. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By providing Contributions, you grant us permission to access, store, and use that information. We may use your feedback without compensation. You retain ownership of your Contributions, and we are not responsible for statements you make therein.
8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We may monitor the Services, remove or restrict access to content, and take legal action against violations of these Legal Terms.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain effective while you use the Services. We may deny or terminate access at any time for any reason, without notice or liability.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.
We are not liable for downtime, loss, or damage resulting from such interruptions.
If you hold a paid subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before material changes to the Terms or pricing take effect.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Legal Terms.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI).

Restrictions
No class actions or representative proceedings are allowed.
Exceptions
Claims related to intellectual property, theft, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a complaint before a competent supervisory authority under the GDPR regarding our data-processing activities
13. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the Services without notice.
14. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS, BUGS, DATA LOSS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising out of:
- Use of the Services;
- Breach of these Legal Terms;
- Violation of third-party rights;
- Harm caused to other users.
17. USER DATA
We may retain and process data you submit for service performance purposes. We are not liable for loss or corruption of such data.
18. DATA PROTECTION
Both parties will comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and UK GDPR. Processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and Sub-processors List.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to electronic communications and agree that digital signatures and records satisfy all legal requirements for written documentation.
20. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
No waiver or failure to enforce any term constitutes a waiver of rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and any order form or subscription plan, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
