Why is pricing per year instead of per report?
Most banks, customers, and auditors will ask for the same data again, often in different formats. With an annual subscription, you can generate as many tailored versions as you need from the same underlying data, whether that is a short summary for a customer or a detailed export for your bank.
What counts as a site?
A site is any physical location where your business operates. An office, factory, warehouse, or shop each count as one. If you operate from a single address, you only need one site.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you can export everything before your subscription ends. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
