Why is pricing per year instead of per report?
Most banks, customers, and auditors will ask for the same data again, often in different formats. With an annual subscription, you can generate as many tailored versions as you need from the same underlying data, whether that is a short summary for a customer or a detailed export for your bank.
What counts as a site?
A site is any physical location where your business operates. An office, factory, warehouse, or shop each count as one. If you operate from a single address, you only need one site.
Do I need the VSME Comprehensive module?
Most small and growing businesses (SMEs) only need the VSME Basic standard, which is what every paid plan includes. The Comprehensive module adds GHG reduction targets, a climate risk assessment and a transition plan declaration. It is the right choice if you are publishing a full sustainability report, preparing for sustainability-linked finance, or going through investor due diligence. On Single Site and Multi-Site, Comprehensive is available as a €199 per year add-on. Group plans include it as standard.
How does add-on billing work?
If you buy an add-on with your plan at checkout, it is charged alongside your plan as part of the same annual invoice. If you are already a subscriber and add a module later (for example, VSME Comprehensive from inside the app), you are charged the full annual amount on the day you activate it and again at your next annual renewal. You can remove any add-on at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until that date and are not billed for it again.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you can export everything before your subscription ends. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
